Novo Nordisk found that they could achieve a big reduction in costs and CO2 emissions by promoting virtual meetings.
So we devised an internal campaign encouraging people to fly less – without shaming them.
The tagline is a nod to the well-know proverb: Less is More.
Through a series of interviews we learned what physical meetings means to people, and how it is possible to change their meeting habits by offering alternatives ways to connect.
The internal campaign inspired people to rethink their habits, and was implemented in presentations, screen savers and meeting rooms across the organisation.
